½ cup garden herbs (parsley, cilantro, sage), chopped
2 tsps red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Heat grill to medium high heat. Add sliced tomato to the hot grill and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes, until nice grill and char marks appear. Remove from grill and, once cool enough to handle, chop.
Add the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, chopped herbs, red pepper flakes, and whisk to combine. Add the chopped green tomato to a medium bowl and stir to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper.
